Terms of Use – Disclaimer

Blisszone.in reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security or proper administration of the service. Blisszone.in disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and context). We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the local courts. We at Blisszone.in do not sell any gold products, All our products are made of stainless steel with gold color polish. Blisszone.in reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and/or cancel order based on our discretion. Blisszone.in shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website.

Shipping Policy

The minimum order for free shipping should be ₹299/- or there will be Flat shipping charges based on your address all over India.
The minimum order for Payment On Delivery option should be above ₹499/- and you would have to reach us on WhatsApp to place the POD(Payment on delivery) order.
There will be additional charges of ₹100/- for POD(Payment on delivery) option since the courier company charges this extra amount for cash on delivery orders.
International customers who are out of India can reach us on WhatsApp to place the International orders.

Once your order is placed, it may take up to 3-4 working days to dispatch your order.
Post the parcel is dispatched, shipping takes minimum 5 days and maximum 10 business days or more depending on conditions in your area/city to reach the parcel.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and a SMS with tracking id on your registered mobile number once your order is shipped.

In case if you receive any damaged products or wrong products, please reach out to us at contact@blisszone.in within 24 hours of delivery with the opening video of the sealed package. To know more about the policies please check out our Terms and conditions page.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

All the products are checked thoroughly before they are dispatched to you.

There could be few chances that the product might get damaged in transit.

We have a policy where we refund the amount (In form of discount coupon) if a product is broken/damaged/missing when you receive it. To claim this you must send us a video while unboxing the products from the courier bag within 24 hours of receiving the package, getting it out of the SEALED courier bag and SEALED fully packed box. This leaves no scope for error. Please note in no case the amount will be refunded in form of cash.

In case you have received the wrong product. You need to email us at contact@blisszone.in within 24 hours of the delivery and courier the product back within 8 days of delivery.

If reverse shipping will be available in your area, we will get the products picked up by the courier partners. If the courier company delays the process or if the facility is not available in your area, you can courier the product back to us.

In case you courier the product back to us, we will provide you the courier charges in form of discount coupon with 50% charge.

Once we receive the product, the complete amount will be provided to you in form of discount coupon for future purchases that you can use within 60 days.

Make sure you send the invoice along with the product so that the product can be traced back to your order.

No exchanges/refund will be provided in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact.

Please note, we WILL NOT entertain any cases without the unboxing video.

If you want to cancel an order, please mail us at contact@blisszone.in within 24 hours of placing the order (Your amount will be refunded in the form of discount coupon which can be used to make purchases in the future)

Please note if your order is packed/dispatched/in-transit, cancellation request will not be accommodated.
